Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. After processing, please allow 7-15 business days for shipping delivery. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected items and delivery address.

Payment

Payment for orders must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept all payment methods displayed on our checkout page.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service at pumabestsale005@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the cancellation window has passed, orders may not be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at pumabestsale005@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and arrange for appropriate resolution.
